FAQ
Questions we get asked before the first call.
If something here doesn't answer it, just ask directly — get in touch.
What does Global Brokerage Group actually do?
We connect verified sellers and buyers of commodities, mining assets, real estate, and other bulk goods internationally, and structure every introduction with standard protective paperwork before any names are shared.
What is the minimum deal size you work with?
Generally around €250,000 and above. Below that threshold, the paperwork and diligence overhead usually isn't worth it for either side.
How do you protect confidentiality during an introduction?
A mutual Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement (NCNDA) is signed with each party before any counterparty identity, pricing, or deal-specific detail is revealed. This is standard practice on every introduction we make, not an optional extra.
What categories of product or asset do you broker?
Mining assets, metals and minerals, building materials, real estate and hospitality, food and agriculture, and energy. If your opportunity doesn't fit neatly into one of these, reach out anyway — the underlying process is the same for any bulk commodity or major asset.
How are fees structured?
Fees are agreed in writing before an introduction is made — typically a percentage of transaction value, occasionally a fixed fee for asset-scale deals. There is no fee to have an initial conversation or to be evaluated for a fit.
Do you take title to goods or hold funds?
No. We act as an independent intermediary — we introduce and help structure the deal, but the principals themselves contract directly and handle payment and delivery between them.
What regions do you cover?
We work internationally with no fixed regional restriction. Current activity spans Europe, North America, Africa, and Asia.
How quickly can an introduction happen?
It depends entirely on how well-defined your requirement is and how quickly paperwork gets signed on both sides — sometimes days, sometimes longer for complex or first-time counterparties. We move as fast as diligence reasonably allows, not faster.
